“Molto nuova, servizi molto buoni per il prezzo. TV in camera enorme! Pero' non hanno sistemato la camera per ben 2 giorni - deludente. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere salviette per tutti 2 volte perche la prima receptionist non aveva preso nota della richiesta (non ha scritto giu' niente e non eravamo sorpresi quando non abbiamo ricevuto le salviette richieste....)”

“We booked this stay for a tournament in Albany. I had no idea what it would be like but we were so pleasantly surprised! The lobby was decent and has coffee, tea, and cookies available. At first the hallways made me worry that the room would be a little grungy, but it was very clean. Spotless bathroom and shower, super comfy bed, big TV, fridge, etc. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. And there was a man working there who had the most incredibly sunshiny smile and...
